What is the status of my order?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. After your order has shipped, we will send you another email with tracking details, including the expected delivery date and a link to track your shipment (where applicable). You can track the status of your order at any time using the information provided.  If you have any further questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to reach out to us.

Shipping Policy

When will my order ship?

Orders typically ship within 2–4 business days from the time they are placed. However, please note that some handmade or custom items may take additional time to prepare.

If there are any delays or changes to your expected ship date, we will inform you promptly.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected. Most orders will arrive within 3–7 business days after shipment. We utilize trusted shipping partners like FedEx, UPS, and USPS to ensure the safe and timely delivery of your order.

Do you offer tracking for all orders?

Yes! Once your order ships, we will send you tracking information so you can monitor its progress. In the event tracking is not available for a particular shipping method, we will provide you with updates to keep you informed.

What shipping carriers do you use?

We partner with FedEx, UPS, and USPS to deliver your order. Depending on your location and shipping method, we will select the most efficient carrier to ensure timely delivery. .

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we are focused on serving customers within the United States. We plan to expand internationally in the future, so please feel free to reach out if you are located outside the U.S. and are interested in our products.  We will do our best to accommodate international orders when possible.

What’s your return and exchange policy?

At Rustic Bear, we’re committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason you’re not completely happy with your item, you can return or exchange it within 7 days of receiving your order. Please ensure the item is in its original, unused condition, and in its original packaging to facilitate a smooth return process.  cause many of our products are handmade and one-of-a-kind, we do not typically offer direct replacements for items that are returned .but will off

What if something arrives damaged?

In the rare event that your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at cscharlie@rusticbearcompany.com   with photos of the damage. We will work with you to either replace the item or issue a refund, depending on your preference and the situation 

Can I change or cancel my order?

If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it. Once the order has been processed and shipped, we are unable to make any changes. However, due to the unique, one-of-a-kind nature of many of our products, if you need to return an item, we are happy to offer store credit for the full value of your purchase. Returns can be requested within 2 days of receiving your order. Please note, that custom and personalized items are final sale unless damaged or def

Great question!   

Yes, we offer custom and bulk order options. If you're looking for a personalized product or need a large order for a special event, we would be happy to assist. Please contact us with the details of your request, and we will work with you to create something tailored to your needs. Custom orders may require additional production time.
