Shipping Policy

At Rustic Bear Company, every order is more than a package—it’s a story wrapped in care, handcrafted detail, and rustic charm. We're committed to delivering your product safely and efficiently, whether it's a one-of-a-kind decor piece or a gift for someone special.


Order Processing Time

  • ·Standard Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–4 business days. 
  •  Made-to-Order or Handcrafted Items: Some items require additional time due to their custom or handmade nature. Production timelines will be clearly noted on the product page, and we’ll keep you updated along the way. 


Shipping Carriers

We proudly ship with trusted partners: FedEx, UPS, and USPS.

We select the best carrier for your location and the type of item you’ve ordered to ensure the safest and fastest delivery possible.


Delivery Times

· Standard Domestic Shipping: 3–7 business days after your order has been processed.

· Expedited Shipping: Expedited shipping available will be available to select at checkout on select items for faster delivery. 


*Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary based on carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.


Do You Ship Internationally?

Currently, we ship exclusively within the United States. We’re working on expanding our reach, so international shipping may be available in the future. If you’re outside the U.S. and interested in a particular item, please contact us—we may be able to accommodate special requests.


Order Tracking

As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email. Once the order is fulfilled in our Shipping Department you will receive an email with tracking information and when to expect your order.  If you don’t receive tracking info within 4 business days of placing your order, feel free to reach out to us—we’ll investigate it for you.


Shipping Multiple Items

We do our best to ship your order in a single, efficient packaging both to reduce waste and to get your items to you in the most earth-conscious way possible. Our products are created and shipped from the same location, which allows us to streamline the shipping process.  However, if your order includes a customized or made-to-order item, it may arrive in a separate package due to the additional time and care it takes to create. When this happens, we’ll provide separate tracking information, so you’ll always know what’s on the way and when to expect it. We pack each piece with purpose—whether it’s one box or two—and appreciate your support in helping us keep things sustainable and intentional.


Shipping Delays or Issues

While we do everything, we can ensure timely delivery, once a package is with the carrier, we are unable to guarantee exact delivery dates. If your package is delayed or lost, please contact us right away so we can file a claim or assist in resolving the issue.


Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If you spot an error, let us know within 24 hours of placing your order.


Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please email us at cscharlie@rusticbearcompany.com within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue—either by offering store credit or, if possible, a replacement.
